It hurt me physically

"Sometimes, the bravest act is saying goodbye to the one you thought would stay forever."

The physical pain experienced when someone you love leaves you is a result of the intricate connection between emotions and the body. Emotional distress triggers physiological responses, such as increased stress hormones and heightened neural activity. This can lead to sensations of heaviness in the chest, knots in the stomach, or even headaches. The brain's emotional and physical processing are interconnected, and the profound emotional impact of separation can manifest physically. Understanding and coping with the emotional aspects of such situations can contribute to alleviating the accompanying physical sensations over time.

Life doesn't stop when someone leaves but you may feel like this, because when you love someone after a long time no matter the struggles , you feel safe ,understood and loved. When they go they leave a haunted heart with a ghost of memories.

deeply intertwined with our physical well-being, making the departure of a loved one a complex and physically felt experience. It highlights the profound impact our emotions can have on our overall health and illustrates the intricate interplay between our mental and physical states.

This is the scientific explanation to physical pain but I think about somthing philosophical,  I think Moreover, philosophical perspectives often delve into the idea of interconnectedness between emotional and physical well-being, suggesting that the pain of separation transcends the boundaries of mere sentiment, echoing in the very fibers of our being.

"Releasing you wasn't abandoning, it was accepting that our paths needed different destinations"

The icky you feel when you think about them, the way you stay in bed when there was sunlight through the window , the way you didn't eat cinnamon rolls,  the way you didn't attend a birthday party and must important the way you try to find them in every little thing until you are on your knees beginning for sorrow
The way you forget yourself trying to remember them teaches you how someone affects you in every aspect  emotional and physical.

In my wildest dreams I think about this epiphany that came to me like the rain in may:

" I released you with grace, not because you were unworthy, but because we were meant for different destinies."
